Kelly Johnson serves as the Executive Assistant to Partner and Financial Planner Jared Bolotin, a position she has held with distinction since joining the firm in April 2019. Bringing over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Kelly began her career in 2006 at State Street, where she provided high-level support to the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Alternative Investments. In that role, she played an integral part in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies for the team.
In her current role, Kelly acts as the central point of contact and trusted liaison between Jared and his clients. She expertly manages a broad scope of responsibilities, including meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up, onboarding new clients, processing new business, coordinating investment and insurance services, facilitating account transactions and money movement, and overseeing Jared’s dynamic calendar. Her exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach help ensure client interactions are seamless, timely, and tailored to their individual financial goals.
Kelly is deeply committed to delivering a personalized and attentive client experience. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs, ensuring they feel supported and confident as they work toward their financial aspirations.
Kelly attended the Maine College of Art majoring in Computer Graphic Design. She currently resides in Amesbury, Massachusetts, with her son, Braeden. Outside of work, she enjoys attending live music events, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her son, friends, and family.
